When Minknose is with cats she is comfortable with then she is often cracking jokes, terrible puns, when around them. She also really enjoys to hear jokes from other cats and it helps to get on her better natured side. 

Lazy...
'(of a person) avoiding work; lazy.'

Minknose is horribly lazy when it comes to tasks that she doesn't enjoy. Even when asked to hunt, which she is rather good at, she often cannot find the energy until actually doing the task. 

Insecure ...
'uncertain or anxious about oneself; not confident.'
Although she may not seem it at first glance, Minknose carries many insecurities about herself and tends to push other's away as she fears they will do so to her first. Her confidence is sometimes a facade in some situations.

Conceited and selfish, Minknose has a bad habit of putting herself before others. She struggles to put other's needs before her own and many of her Clan-mates are likely to spot her obsessing over her appearance. 

Impolite ...
'not having or showing good manners; rude.'

Brought up by a doting mother, Minknose was spoiled silly as a kit and even as an apprentice which impacted her behaviour and attitude negatively. While being selfish, Minknose is also quite impolite to strangers, usually if she deems them as having made a bad impression. Her mothers death has led to her being even more impolite towards others. 

Haughty ...
'arrogantly superior and disdainful.'
Due to her mother's high praise that she often received, Minknose can behave quite arrogantly around others that she believes are 'below' her. This haughty air that follows her around can often lead to her getting into arguments.

Minknose can be viewed as a arrogant, cold she-cat due to the way she presents herself. Often she can be very selfish, rarely putting other's needs before her own, however once she begins to see someone as a friend then they are likely to see a kinder side to her. Minknose carries a lot of insecurities, so she attempts to make herself appear confident though it tends to push other's away. If someone is persistent enough, they begin to see that Minknose is a rather social cat who doesn't realise how rude she can be.

    Pre-birth ...
Hazelfeather grew up alongside Troutstream, the two being good friends until warriorhood where they began to grow closer. They spent time together and slowly developed feelings for each other, eventually becoming mates. Troutstream asked Hazelfeather if they could keep their new status as mates quiet, which did confuse the she-cat however she agreed to it despite her confusion. Unfortunately, Hazelfeather didn't quite have the happy relationship that she originally thought she had with Troutstream after she discovered that he had been having an affair. Angered, Hazelfeather said that their relationship was over and told the tom cat to not come near her again as she felt humiliated and heartbroken. Not long after their break-up, Hazelfeather discovered she was pregnant but kept it from Troutstream until her kit was born.

   Kit-hood ...
The kitting went well and Minkkit was born in a healthy state, Hazelfeather finding herself adoring her kit immediately. Troutstream attempted to see her, however Hazelfeather bluntly stated that she would not allow him to be in Minkkit's life as a kit in case he hurt her too. Now with just her mother, Minkkit was spoiled rotten by Hazelfeather as she she-cat believed that she had to make up for her daughter's father not being there. She was quite hesitant to allow Minkkit to play with other kits, afraid that her daughter may be injured by them so she would do her best to keep Minkkit separated from any other kits in the nursery. However, during her time as a queen, Hazelfeather discovered Molekit and his mother - the she-cat who Troutstream had an affair with and their son. At first Hazelfeather was rude to the other queen, keeping Minkkit away from them until the two kits began to befriend each other anyway. The queens began talking and realised Troutstream had been deceitful to the both of them and despite an awkward start, they began to become good friends and encouraged their children to play together, though Hazelfeather still disliked Minkkit playing with any other kits. 

    Apprenticeship ...
Apprenticed at six moons, Minkkit became Minkpaw and received Fishtail as a mentor, a gentle she-cat with a lot of patience. Despite being tender with Minkpaw, Fishtail was firm enough to train her apprentice well and taught Minkpaw to be kinder as she had become rather arrogant due to her treatment as a kit. She gained a humorous nature from Fishtail, finding that her mentor's attitude was quite infectious and did her upmost best to make the older she-cat proud as well as her mother. Although she was becoming better natured, Minkpaw still carried around with her a haughty attitude which made it a struggle to make friends, but she was able to remain close with Molepaw and continued to hang around with him. 

Minkpaw found that that she had a talent for tracking, as well as fishing, and swimming. Her other skills were not quite as good as others, however with Fishtail's patience and determination, she managed to teach Minkpaw well enough that she passed her assessment and was able to become a warrior.  During her apprenticeship, Minkpaw remained oblivious as to what had occurred between her parents. She discovered that Troutstream was her father, though wasn't able to feel anything for him due to the lack of communication between them. Hazelfeather doesn't share the reason as to why her and Troutstream broke up, so Minkpaw shrugs it off until she is old enough to understand. 

    Warriorhood ...
Minkpaw achieved her warrior name at twelve moons old. She was given the suffix -nose for her tracking abilities on land as they had impressed her mentor during her assessment. She mostly drifts through daily activities, meaning to try and befriend more of her Clan-mates but is hesitant to do so. She feels quite insecure after finally comprehending that the reason why Moletuft is her half-brother and though she still doesn't talk to Troutstream much, she feels betrayed by him and upset that he cheated on her mother and Moletuft's. 
She meets Smokewhisper at the borders and begins bonding with him, the two beginning to see each other more often. During the battle between their Clans the two looked out for each other and spoke at the gathering. 

    A New Beginning ...
The battle had terrified Minknose, she hadn't expected it to be so brutal. Adding to her distress, her brother died during the battle and her mother died not long after due to old age. Naturally, Minknose was heartbroken. The last of her family was dead due to a petty war. Sick to her stomach, she left RiverClan and wandered for several moons until she came across ShadowClan. She settled there for a few moons, then an earthquake came and threw her back into a pit of distress. Uneasy, Minknose now waits to see what the leaders will do and where the Clan will go from there. Once the Clans moved, she began to settle into MarshClan alongside Smokewhisper, her feelings for the tom cat growing.
